What is High Street Owl Post?

High Street Owl Post is a subscription box company! We offer carefully curated boxes inspired entirely by Harry Potter's wizarding world.

What can I expect in my box?

Our magical deliveries include 8 to 12 quality items such as wearables, house hold goods, prop replicas, and more. Many of these products are specially created High Street exclusives. Each of our boxes will also include 1 or 2 House specific items.

When will my package be sent?

Owls are dispatched between the 15th and 20th of each month. December boxes will be shipped no later than the 10th. December Advent Calendar will be sent the last week in November.

When will my package arrive? What if my owl got lost?

We can not guarantee delivery time of any boxes. Most U.S. orders will arrive in 5 to 10 business days, however this is not a guaranteed time frame. Owls and muggle mail can sometimes be a little slower than expected. International orders will take longer to arrive, usually 1 to 3 weeks, but this is not a guaranteed delivery time either.

High Street is not responsible for delays due to weather, couriers, or theft. However, we care about your package and are happy to address your concerns at support@highstreetowlpost.com

Shipping Costs?

All U.S. packages are sent via flat rate and the cost is determined by zone (how far away from us you are) the range is from $8.50 to $12.50.

International packages are shipped via First Class International and reflect current international rates.

When will I be billed?

When you subscribe, you will be billed immediately for the subscription package you have chosen. After that you will be billed on the 1st of the month. Please note that when you buy your first box you are buying the next month's box.

Ex: If you subscribe on March 15th, you are purchasing April's box - You will be charged March 15th, you will receive April's box, and the next charge would occur on May 1st.

*Past Boxes will always be processed as a one time purchase and will not begin a subscription.

How do renewals work?

When you sign up to High Street Owl Post you will be charged immediately for the subscription model you have chosen. Once your subscription cycle has ended, you will be automatically re-billed for the same cycle model until you decide to switch to a different plan or cancel your subscription. Renewals always take place on the 1st of the month.

EX: If you subscribe to the 3 month package on December 10th, you will be charged immediately, you will receive January, February, and March boxes. Your subscription will auto renew on April 1st for another 3 month package.

Changes to Subscriptions or Updating information?

Log in to your account and you will be able to manage your subscription. You can update your address and billing information, change your subscription model, and even switch houses.

If you haven't created an account yet, no problem! From the home page, create an account using the same e-mail you used making previous orders and your subscription information will be there.

Returns and Refunds?

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns nor do we offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with an item you received we would like to know about it! Please contact us at support@highstreetowlpost.com and we will do what we can to resolve the problem.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We hate to see you go! While logged into your account select 'Edit' and 'Cancel subscription' or you can skip a month by going to "Edit" and selecting "Skip a month". We will skip your next shipment and you will not be charged.

You need to cancel your subscription by the last day of the current month. Otherwise, you will be billed on the first and you will receive that months box.
